Our measures for your safety

Together with the relevant authorities, we have drawn up a safety protocol and a series of specific measures, in order to be able to hold all our trade shows in complete safety. These measures and regulations apply to visitors, exhibitors and suppliers alike. We look forward to welcoming you back very soon, in the meantime: stay safe!

These are the general measures for your safety:

  • Restricted access to the fairgrounds when it comes to visitor numbers, in accordance with the currently valid regulations
  • Online processing of all ticket purchases (no cash desks on site)
  • Safety corridors at the entrance, making sure the safety distance between visitors is kept at all times
  • Automatic temperature measurement by thermoscanners at each entrance
  • Obligation to wear protective masks (masks are provided if necessary)
  • Disinfectant dispensers throughout the fairgrounds
  • Use of disposable protective covers in the cloakrooms and increased disinfection of the cloakroom lockers
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection on the fairgrounds, especially in the sanitary facilities

Before, during and after the trade show

The general measures described above apply to all visitors, exhibitors and suppliers before, during and after each trade show event. In addition, we have also drawn up specific measures for the build-up and tear-down period, as well as for the general behaviour at each booth.

In addition to the general measures, during build-up and tear-down, the following rules must be observed:

  • The wearing of PPE is mandatory if required
  • The use of protective masks is necessary if the minimum distance of 1 m to other people cannot be maintained

In addition to the general measures, the following additional rules must be observed inside each exhibition booth:

  • Each exhibitor is responsible for observing the safety measures at his booth: access restriction, safety distance of 1 meter, use of protective masks, cleaning of surfaces
  • When selling unpackaged food, the use of disposable gloves is mandatory for exhibitors and customers
  • It is recommended to plan client visits in advance to avoid crowds
  • It is recommended to plan part of the booth suitable for digital demonstrations of services and products for customers
  • Promotional material in digital format is preferred
  • Gadgets, trade and promotional material should be distributed using special containers in "self-service" mode
  • Contactless payment is preferred
