General measures

It is all over the media: starting from the end of March, the mandatory safety regulations, that have so far been in place, have ceased to exist. From the first of May 2022, according to national regulations, the access to any trade show or event may occur without any restriction (face masks, Green Pass control, distance).

However, we reccomend to wear protective surgical masks (masks are provided if necessary), keep a safe distance from other persons and frequently use the disinfectant dispensers throughout the fairgrounds.

Flu symptoms?

If you're experiencing flu symptoms (fever, coughing, heavy colds) we kindly ask you to abstain from a visit of one of our events and trade shows.

Before, during and after the event

The general measures described above apply to all visitors, exhibitors and suppliers before, during and after each trade show event. In addition, we have also drawn up specific measures for the build-up and tear-down period, as well as for the general behaviour at each booth.

In addition to the general measures, the following additional rules must be observed inside each exhibition booth:

    • When selling unpackaged food, the use of disposable gloves is recommended for exhibitors and customers
    • It is recommended to buy tickets online to avoid crowds
    • It is recommended to plan part of the booth suitable for digital demonstrations of services and products for customers
    • Promotional material in digital format is preferred
    • Gadgets, trade and promotional material should be distributed using special containers in "self-service" mode
    • Contactless payment is preferred
    • Catering services at the stand are permitted. The legal regulations applicable to the catering industry apply.
