Food Innovation Specialist at NOI Techpark

Lisa, who grew up in a family of hoteliers between Bolzano and Merano, chose to diverge from the traditional path and instead forge her own direction. After gaining experiences in nutrition and food science in Vienna, Bolzano, and Parma, she specialized in food quality management. Lisa discovered her enthusiasm for innovation in 2022 at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano, where she started working as a "Food Innovation Specialist" in the "Gastronomy (Gastro) A6" project. 

Together with Ben Schneider, she leads strategic project management, develops new concepts, and implements them. Her family background, professional journey, and personal experiences give Lisa's work in the hospitality industry a unique perspective and depth.
