IDM promotes internationalization and innovation especially in small and medium-sized enterprises and supports filmmakers in the implementation of film projects. Through targeted tourism marketing, it strengthens the South Tyrol brand and conducts agricultural marketing for the quality products of South Tyrol.

The Tourist Board of the city of Bolzano is the institution of the provincial capital Bolzano that takes care of tourism. It communicates these externally and internally, assists guests on-site with two information points, provides guest information, and is always striving to increase the attitude towards tourism.
