1. How do I fill in the catalog data?

Create your catalog entry directly in the "Your catalog data" section of the exhibitor area. Don't forget to include photos, descriptions, your logo (€98.00 + VAT), your products and brands represented.


The more complete your catalog entry (photos, logo, descriptions), the higher it will be placed in the online catalog!



Enter your co-exhibitors in the "Your catalog data" section. They will then receive an offer from the trade fair team for participation as a co-exhibitor, which includes a participation fee with 50 free tickets for customers, exhibitor passes and their own entry in the online catalog.

Representative of multiple brands

In the "Your catalog data" section in the exhibitor area, you can add all the brands you represent and exhibit for free. Make sure you enter all brands so that customers can easily find you.

Additional products

The first product you include in your catalog entry is free of charge. For each additional product we charge 150,00€ + VAT.

2. How do I invite my customers?

Surprise your customers with our digital codes or printed coupons. These can be converted into a free ticket in our online ticket store.

Digital invitation code (maximum 1,500 redemptions)

A reusable code to send to your customers or personalize your invitations. As soon as the code is active, you will be informed by e-mail.

Printed coupons 

On request, you will receive printed coupons that you can personalize with your stamp and distribute to your customers. You can either collect them or ask for them to be sent to you. To request printed coupons, contact Mrs. Francesca Lazzarini

Billing of redeemed tickets

At the end of the event, you will receive an invoice for the coupons actually redeemed (€4.50 incl. VAT per ticket - the number of 50 free tickets included in the participation fee will be deducted).  

The more tickets you redeem, the better it is for you: From 200 redemptions you get a 10% discount, from 300 you get 15%!

In the exhibitor area you can see the status of the redeemed tickets.
