On this page you will find all the technical information you may need: services, booth construction, forms, exhibitor passes, parking, etc. However, if you have any questions for which you cannot find an answer, you can always contact our team.

1. How do I get access to the exhibitor area?

2. How do I set up my booth?

Available options
  1. Rent one of our ready-made booths to save time and money. We take care of all technical and safety-related aspects. Click here for our ready-made booth models.
  2. Have one of our official booth builders create a customized booth for you. They will handle all the necessary safety-related forms.
  3. Alternatively, you can contact a booth constructor of your choice.

Please note that for the "Light"-prefitted booth, only at Prowinter, the panels are 290cm high instead of the standard 250cm.

3. How do I book technical and logistical services?

After booking your space, approximately 2 months before the fair, you will receive the "Digital Services" dossier via email. With this dossier, you can order the technical and logistical services you might need at the fair, including forklifts, electricity, water connections, Wi-Fi, etc.

Keep track of your order: you can check all orders placed in the exhibitor area.

Access during set up and dismantling

Three weeks before the fair, you will receive an email (to forward to third-party fitters!) to generate and download passes for personnel and vehicles entering the fairgrounds during set up and dismantling. The goods entrance is located in Via Marco Polo. A deposit of € 50.00 is required upon entry, which will be refunded on exit within one hour.

Please note: dis-/assembly passes are not your exhibitor passes, but will only be used to enter the hall during assembly! See how to get exhibitor passes in section no.5.

Waste disposal

Arrange in advance the disposal of your waste and that of your fitter during set-up and dismantling. All waste must be removed from the exhibition site.

Not enough time to set up?

If you need to set up or dismantle outside official times, request a permit from the Technical Office. We will charge a fee of € 50.00 per hour. Send your request to tec@fieramesse.com or contact +39 0471 516200.

5. How do I generate exhibitor passes?

Two weeks before the fair, you can generate exhibitor passes for your staff via the exhibitor area (if the invoice has been paid). We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your passes are available! Exhibitor passes are personal and valid for the entire duration of the fair.

The staff members can be registered free of charge until 12 noon on the first day of the fair. Subsequently, it will be possible to purchase them at the exhibitor area at a price of €15.00 (VAT included).

Please note...

  • The exhibitor pass is not a parking permit (for information on parking, see point no. 6).
  • The number of passes available depends on the booth space booked. This number is set by the SIAE and cannot be changed. If there are not enough passes, you can contact our team to purchase additional ones for €15.00 (VAT included).

6. Where to park?

During set up and dismantling

After unloading, you can park in the visitors' parking on the roof of the hall. The first two hours are free of charge, after which the price is € 0.50 for 30 minutes. During the last two set-up days, the exhibitor parking area on Via Marco Polo is also freely accessible.

During the exhibition
  • Cars and vehicles with a height of 1.90 meters: Book a parking space in the exhibitor car park in via Marco Polo via the digital service booklet.
  • Delivery vans and lorries: Book a parking space in the outdoor area and let us know your registration number.
  • Refrigerated lorries: Book a parking space in the outdoor area (please indicate that it is a refrigerated lorry) and let us know your registration number.

You can pick up your parking permit at the exhibitor office at the main entrance during the set-up days. Alternatively, you can park on the roof (visitor parking) during the exhibition at a price of € 1.00/30 minutes.

If you have any further questions about parking, please contact Francesca Lazzarini.
