Preparing for a exhibition can be complicated. But it doesn't have to be! On this page we have compiled all the steps you need to take to prepare your presence, from setting up to technical services. Here you will also find information on where to stay and where to eat. And if after reading all the information you still have doubts, questions or special needs, don't think twice: contact us! Book the booth construction

Do you want to organise your own set-up? Or would you rather save time and resources? Discover all the types of pre-fitted booth you can request from our team.

Please note: for the "Light"-pre-fitted  booth only at Prowinter the panels are 290cm high instead of the standard (250cm).

Book technical and logistical services

After you have booked your space, about 2 months before the trade fair you will receive by e-mail the "digital services" dossier, with which you can order the technical and logistical services that you may need at the trade fair: from the forklift truck to electricity, from the water connection to Wi-Fi etc.

Serving foods and drinks - news

We would like to inform you of an important change regarding the serving of food and drink during the event: we in the Fiera Bolzano Team will take care of the notification to the company's Food Hygiene and Nutrition Service (S.I.A.N.).
For you there are no costs or authorisations to apply for. If you plan to serve food or beverages, all you have to do is send an email to Ms Susanna Degasperi.

During the event the opening hours for exhibitors are as follows:

  • 11.01.2023 from 8.00 am to 7.30 pm
  • 12.01.2023 from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm

Do you need to enter the fair to load or unload? Print out, forward to your suppliers and take with you the pdf with the goods entry code that the team will send you a few days before the fair. Place the code so that it is clearly visible on the dashboard. The goods entrance is located on Marco Polo Street. 

We would like to point out that, at busy times, a deposit of € 100.00 is required at the goods entrance, which will be refunded if unloading takes place within one hour.

Please note that assembly and disassembly workers do not require a pass.

Free coupons

By participating in our exhibition you are entitled to a fixed number of free entries for your customers.

  • Electronic coupons: they are sent to you by email in .xls format and you can use them to create in just a few steps (print together on email) personalised mailings to customers to be invited. Each coupon is valid for a free admission ticket by entering the coupon code in the online ticket office.

Meeting rooms

The Cevedale & Tribulaun rooms in the hall

Fiera Bolzano has two conference rooms in the exhibition hall with everything you need for meetings and workshops. The rooms are located in Hall C, can be reached from Gallery Level 0 and have a maximum capacity of 64 and 120 seats. They are available to our exhibitors for conferences, meetings and presentations.

MEC Meeting & Event Center Südtirol Alto Adige

The MEC is one of the most modern conference centres in Italy and the Alpine region. Integrated into the fair district and the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, it offers the ideal conditions for both exhibitions-related and independent conferences. Workshops, meetings and shows up from 10 to 500 people.
