The automatic checkweigher CWT1000 is an automated and efficient solution for weight control of small punnets of fruit, vegetables, meat and cheese. The CWT1000 checks the weight of the pre-filled small packages before closing the punnet. If the weight of the punnet is outside the weight limits, i.e. overweight or underweight, the CWT1000 enables automatic separation of the packaging by means of a turnout system. Out-of-tolerance packages are then weighed on a second scale to the previously defined target weight and reintroduced into the packaging process. Weight control of the defined fill quantities is precise, cost-saving and fast - with up to 60 packages per minute. The automatic checkweigher is characterized by user-oriented operation and ergonomic integration into the packaging line. The CWT1000 guarantees the optimization of the packaging process and highly accurate weighing results, while minimizing giveaway and maximizing productivity. Due to the high accuracy of the scales and the automatic weight control of the packages, a significant increase in efficiency in the production process is achieved. This noticeably reduces costs and increases profits. Connected with the TopControl software StatisticsWeights or FruitManager all weights and performance data are completely recorded, for efficient evaluation and reporting.
