Brigitta Villaronga has spent over two decades in international cooperation as a manager and facilitator, empowering herself and others in their leadership. As a courageous pioneer and trauma-sensitive coach, she gives people permission to be who they truly want to be. With humor and lightness, she creates safe spaces for personal growth and collective development.
Whether for managers, teams, organizations, or everyday individuals, Brigitta firmly believes that with an appreciative attitude and the right interventions, anything is possible!
Since 2020, she has been applying her toolbox not only in international conference rooms but also as a mountain farmer in the Upper Vinschgau (South Tyrol). As a member of BASIS in Silandro, she brought the Berlin Change Days festival to the region and co-created the Coworkation Val Venosta brand.
In 2025, she will transform the historic Mairhof from a guesthouse into a FlowFarm: the best place in the South Tyrolean Alps to live in flow, in tune with your own nature.
Her belief: especially in times of crisis, the path unfolds beneath our feet, and we have the chance to grow instead of just surviving – if we allow it!
