Services of Bolzano Fair

Bolzano Exhibition Center offers its exhibitors miscellaneous services to support them with the organization of the tradeshow and to contribute to a smooth operation of the construction work.

Exhibitor Badges

Beginning on the first set-up day, exhibitors will be able to pick up their badges at the convention office in the exhibition hall/Gallery Level 0. The number of free exhibitor badges depends on the size of the stand’s surface. Additional badges may be obtained also during the set-up days in the convention office in the exhibition hall (gallery Level 0) for a fee. Info: Administration and Reception

Exhibitor Parking Places

Exhibitor parking places are located in the underground garage on via Marco Polo across from the main entrance to the Exhibition Center. Parking spaces in this garage are accessible to vehicles with a height up to 1.90 m. Parking passes are valid only for the duration of the tradeshow. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, parking spaces will be assigned based on the date on which registration forms are received. 

Discounted Admission Tickets: Your Opportunity to Give Your Customers a Gift!

Small gifts are a great way of maintaining a relationship. Gift admissions do not cost you anything until your guest cashes in his or her complimentary ticket. But then you will have a visitor at your stand who has a definite interest in your product. Gift tickets are available in blocks of 50 each. After the end of the trade show, you will receive an invoice for the complimentary admission tickets that were used. We offer an additional discount of 15% if 201 to 500 of your complimentary tickets are used, and a discount of 30% for over 500 used tickets.

Intellectual Property Royalties (SIAE)

Companies which want to play music or videos at their stand have to pay the Intellectual Property Royalties SIAE.

This request can be made directly to the Bolzano Exhibition Center. Confirmation of payment may be obtained during the tradeshow at the convention office. Expense amount for the Bolzano Exhibition Center: €16.00.
