I PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorbption) della serie STORM rappresentano una moderna soluzione per la produzione di azoto on-site grazie ad un letto di carboni attivi pressurizzati. La macchina è composta da due bancate di cilindri contenenti i carboni che lavorano in modo alternato assicurando una produzione di azoto continua. I nostri generatori sono ottimizzati per ottenere le migliori performance tramite un’accurata progettazione fluidodinamica e del software di gestione. L’aria necessaria alla pressurizzazione delle bancate viene fornita da un compressore a vite, essiccata e purificata. Il funzionamento è completamente automatizzato tramite PLC .Sono disponibili svariati accessori quali analizzatori di ossigeno a bordo macchina, misuratori di portata, sistema N2DUMP, controllo remoto con app. Mobile etc.. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ The PSA STORM series (Pressure Swing Adsorption) is an innovative solution for on-site nitrogen production that exploits the different release times of oxygen and nitrogen across a bed of pressurized activated carbons. The apparatus consists of two vessels of cylinders containing the carbons that work alternately ensuring continuous nitrogen production . Our generators have been perfected to obtain the best performance through means of precise fluid-dynamic design and management software. The air necessary for pressurizing the vessels is supplied by a screw compressor, then dried and purified. Operation is completely automated by use of a PLC.
