The Arbeitsgemeinschaft für die biologisch-dynamische Wirtschaftsweise Bozen - Trient VFG (Working group for biodynamic agriculture) is a community of farmers and supporters in South Tyrol and Trentino who have set themselves the task of individually developing and practising biodynamic agriculture and all related aspects. Today, the association consists of around 160 farms from all sectors. Biodynamic products are marketed under the Demeter label and are available through the cooperatives or at the farms. ‘We are convinced that sustainable agricultural practices provide us with healthy, tasty and vital food and ensure fertile soil and clean water for future generations. We are therefore consciously committed to preserving the soil and the balance of nature. Because we cannot continue to impoverish our soils and destroy the balance of nature in the long run,' is the credo of the working group.
