Banda Biscotti è un laboratorio di pasticceria che offre opportunità lavorative a persone detenute nel Carcere di Verbania. Realizziamo prodotti da forno con materie prime selezionate con cura, locali o equosolidali. L'obiettivo è quello di fornire un'opportunità di riscatto a persone che vivono percorsi di esecuzione penale. Ogni biscotto vuole raccontare un carcere fatto di persone e di storie. Banda Biscotti is an Italian prison economy project. We produce pastry biscuits using carefully selected, organic and fairtrade ingredients. Banda Biscotti was finded to offer qualified job opportunities to people experiencing imprsonment and willing to build a different future for themselves. Each biscuit aims to tell their story. Banda Biscotti ist ein italienisches Gefängnisökonomieprojekt. Wir stellen Gebäckkekse aus sorgfältig ausgewählten Bio- und Fairtrade-Zutaten her. Es wurde festgestellt, dass Banda Biscotti Menschen, die inhaftiert sind und bereit sind, eine andere Zukunft für sich selbst aufzubauen, qualifizierte Arbeitsmöglichkeiten bietet.
