Born in the Emilia Romagna region, in the province of Modena, Ventiventi represents the union between tradition and innovation. The basic idea of the winery is to enclose and amalgamate together several fundamental elements: the return to the countryside and nature, the creation of a quality product, the possibility to creat a meeting and aggregation point in a healthy context surrounded by greenery and above all, being able to start an entirely family business. Thanks to these factors we have been able to give life, since the first vineyard planted in 2016, to a completely organic and eco-sustainable production, which today has extended up to 30 hectares. Our goal is to obtain and offer a quality product through the utmost respect for plants and our territory, to be able to highlight the characteristics that our lands have to offer. Our territory has led us to choose the Traditional Method ( Champenoise Method ) as a production method, as it allows us to best express the grapes of our lands, enhancing the aromas and organoleptic characteristics of each individual vine giving life to fresh wines characterized by a marked fineness, structure and minerality.
