A special brandy made from Marteller raspberries, the paradise for mountain raspberries in South Tyrol. For decades, the farmers in Val Venosta have known exactly what their fruit needs to develop its unique aroma. Altitudes of up to 1800 meters offer a mild, dry climate. Due to the low temperatures, the raspberries ripen slowly and develop their intense aroma. It is precisely these flavors that we have captured in our South Tyrolean Raspberry. After discontinuous distillation in our small rarity plant, the South Tyrolean Raspberry brandy is allowed to mature for at least two years in stainless steel barrels. This makes the brandy even softer and milder.
