Features: The special plug of the FXM series is made of nylon PA6 usable on any type of support. It is particularly suitable on fibre cement panels, plasterboard and hollow walls. It is supplied in a kit complete with metal accessories. Benefits: 1. The plug of the FXM series, allows fixing furniture components, outdoor units, etc. It can also be used in building or industrial systems for supports and profiles or supports for false ceilings. 2. The plug is equipped with two different types of anti-rotation devices: four flaps on the circular shaft and four stoppers under the head which are activated during the tightening phase. All these devices make installation effective. 3. Particularly innovative is the part that remains external which is formed by a washer and a truncated pyramid which during the tightening phase expands the FXM plug in the hole area ensuring a tightening dedicated to the part in contact with the sheet. 4. It is made of Nylon PA6 to allow the use at temperatures in the range -40° C to + 80° C, the yield is excellent when exposed to UV rays and saline mists. 5. All metal accessories are galvanized to guarantee excellent oxidation protection. 6. The head of the plug has a good contact surface with the support surface, which, allows to improve the tightness and resistance to rotation. 7. During the fixing phase, the FXM plug opens and creates a contrast to the washer/flange ensuring excellent fastening without damaging the support to be fixed (e.g. sheet). 8. With the FXM plug, bolts with M6 metric screws are used, a feature that makes it unique in its kind, bringing the rod of the light anchors to a higher level. 9. It has been designed to be used even with a minimum depth of vacuum of 27 mm (conventional minimum depth of "warping" on the walls in fibre cement).
