The QuickJet formwork and shuttering system consists of sheets made of galvanized sheet metal with a thickness ranging from 0.4 mm to 0.5 mm, with a standard length of 2 m and modular heights at the ribs, spaced 10 cm apart, from 20 to 60 cm. The ribs, which strengthen and stiffen the formwork, and the lighter parts, which are cut by stamping and stretching, make it more flexible and lighter, allowing for easier binding to the reinforcement and significantly reducing the pressure of the concrete jet on the formwork. The structure of the sheets facilitates the escape of excess water, allowing for greater compaction of the concrete inside the formwork and also allowing visual inspection for any defects in the concrete.
