Our organic farm, located 250 m above sea level in the Trapani hills of Buseto Palizzolo, a large agricultural settlement between Erice and Segesta, practices organic farming out of passion and respect for the environment. We grow wheat without chemical fertilisers, following crop rotation. After harvesting, the wheat is cleaned and stored at a controlled temperature. During milling, it is washed and stone ground to preserve the germ of the grain and the organoleptic properties of the flour.
