The spearhead of our winery, VENTIVENTI ROSE' is a 100% sparkling wine produced with Sorbara grapes that enhance the freshness and minerality characteristic of this vine. Lambrusco Sorbara is widespread mainly in the province of Modena and has the ideal characteristics for sparkling wine making as it is characterised by a marked acidity and delicate aromas. Our VentiVenti Rosè with its taste and smell presents typical elements of Sorbara. With its soft pink colour it is an enveloping and tasty wine, characterized by an incisive minerality balanced by a soft creaminess and it is rich in typical refined varietal aromas. The nose is dominated by aromas of red fruit framed by a delicate complexity generated by bottle ageing.
