Organic farm Franz Ladurner in Naturns/Naturno

On our organic tour through the Vinschgau/Val Venosta, we will visit the fruit and wine farm of Franz Ladurner in Naturns. The position of his farm, which he runs together with his wife, is ideal for organic production: sunny, breezy, between the forest and the stream and in the immediate surroundings of the historic Prokulus church in Naturns.

JUVAL is one of seven fruit cooperatives in Val Venosta, united under the VIP (Association of Val Venosta producers of fruit and vegetables) umbrella. The JUVAL in Kastelbell/Castelbello is technically state-of-the-art, as evidenced by our tour. Since the 2019 harvest, the entire organic production of Val Venosta has been processed at JUVAL. Since then, JUVAL has also had an automated high-rack warehouse, which makes all stored varieties – sorted by color and size – available at any time through a computer-controlled system. The unique feature of JUVAL is a visitor tour that offers insight into the production process.


When: Thursday, 21st November

Where: departure by bus from Piazza Fiera at 08:30 am and return at 12:30 pm

How: Participation fee € 110, with online ticket to be shown at the time of departure
