True beauty dwells within

Tourism

The place to be

Have you ever googled South Tyrol? You will come across hundreds of entries about majestic mountains, glittering mountain lakes and picturesque rivers. It is precisely those mountains, lakes and rivers that bring millions of tourists to the region every year. Additionally, there are also the excellent climatic conditions: many hours of sunshine and cold winters are the ideal mix for any kind of vacation.

The gastronomy, between Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine, is no exception in terms of excellence, and wine has been part of our culture for more than three thousand years. South Tyrol has an amazing number of excellent wines, including some autochthonous grape varieties such as Lagrein and Gewürztraminer - the result of tireless work by generations of winemakers.

Behind the success of an area like ours, however, there is one thing above all: commitment and the constant search for new solutions for the well-being of our guests. Hospitality is in our blood and we are committed to being perfect hosts 365 days a year.

What we as FieraMesse contribute to this? We also tell stories about hospitality - mainly through our trade shows: Hotel, the international trade show for innovation in tourism, and Autochtona, the forum for autochthonous wines.

Sustainable tourism? We have to work towards being climate-positive. That means rethinking many products and services. For a better future.

Wines tell stories. South Tyrol's wines are partly autochthonous, partly even antique, but never boring. They make wine connoisseurs around the world rave, or better: dream.

For me, small circuits mean strengthening one's link with the territory, helping the farmers and offering my guests a unique experience.
