The precursor of the family business was Giuseppe Donato Parisi, who in the 20's started the agricultural production of olive oil and wine. Today organic Parisi farm manages about 70 hectares of olive groves with different types of olive cultivars, It makes use of photovoltaic energy and It introduced the DSS technology (Decision Support System) to improve the olive groove's efficiency. In 2021 The Organic PGI-Olio Di Calabria obtained the Gold Award at NY World's Best Olive Oils Competition.
