The S. Maddalena Classico consists of Schiava and Lagrein (7%), which is cultivated partly combined, convinces by its ruby colour, its fruity flavour and a slightly violet-like taste with a hint of almond. It goes particularly well with pasta dishes, red meat and the typical south tyrolean bacon and cheese.
