Interpoma 2018 event programme - a review
The traditional international congress "The Apple in the World" was on the first two days of the trade fair (Thursday, 15 and Friday, 16 November) with around 25 speakers presented their projects. Thursday was devoted to "Trends in Eastern Europe and Asia" and "Current Trends in Variety Innovation, the Apple Genome and Wild Apple Forests in Kazakhstan." On Friday, however, the focus was on "Sustainability in Apple Production: Organic and Integrated Production" and "High Tech in Apple Production of the Future." The speakers - all internationally renowned experts - came from Austria, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, China, India and New Zealand.
