Bolzano Exhibition Center offers its exhibitors miscellaneous services to support them with the organization of the tradeshow and to contribute to a smooth operation of the construction work.
The following technical services are at your disposal:

Power supply   [back]

Costs: 1 KW: € 40,00 – Additional KW: € 16,00 –  Power supply through three-pole 380 V plug, 5-pole, 32 ampere. For the single-pole 220 V plug supply an electrical control panel is required, which is for rent in the electrician’s office (Gallery level 0). Renting an electrical control panel/s at the price of: € 70,00/piece.
 The electrical control panel is included in the stand packages of the Bolzano Exhibition Center.

Water connection, 3/4“ fast connector and usage: € 80,00 + VAT
Sink, rental price: € 110,00 + VAT
Connections may only be made where there is already an existing pipe system. Installation will take place at a location in the stand determined by the Exhibition Center management.

SAT and TV   [back]

SAT:
ASTRA 19°  satellites – for the receiving of 3 bands; EUTELSAT satellites

TV: 
for the receiving of a terrestrial signal/TV, a connection may be made with the outlet of the same control panel.  The following broadcasters may be received: RAI 1, RAI 2, RAI 3, Canale 5, Italia 1, RETE 4, ORF 1, ORF 2, SF 1, ZDF.

In order to receive a signal an analog or digital receiver is necessary (the Bolzano Exhibition Center DOES NOT have any receivers)

Forklift service   [back]

During the construction and disassembly of your stand a forklift service may be used. This service may be  booked directly with the official carrier of the Bolzano Exhibition Center, SCHENKER Tel 0471-549711  - Fax 0471-549790 - Handy 335-1013340 / 339-4810540, giancarlo.chiappa@schenkerit.com.
Important note: for all those who didn’t reserve this service in advantage, but request it only during the set-up or dismantling payment must be done on site.

Waste management   [back]

·          During construction and disassembly
The materials (plastic, wood, glass, paper, metal, etc.) must be removed according to  the regulations of the Landesamt für Landschaftsschutz (Provincial Office for Environmental Protection).

·          Collection of Waste at the Tradeshow
in cooperation with the Provincial Office for Environmental Protection of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, special containers for glass, metal, paper, plastic, etc. are positioned within the Exhibition Center premises. 

Exhibitors who do not comply with the regulations are required to pay for the waste disposal.

Stand cleaning   [back]

This service is only available for the duration of the event and the price per day is € 14,00 (for a floor space of up to 16 m²) and € 0,80 for each additional m².
This tariff rate will be calculated for the entire exhibition area and per exhibition day.
If the stand can be locked (including storage rooms), the key must be provided to the contracting company. The exhibitor must provide the electrical connection within the stand. The stand cleaning will take place daily, including the evening before the beginning of the event and includes: the removal of any plastic covering on the evening before the beginning of the event, the cleaning of the floors, the removal of paper trash, the emptying of trash cans and ashtrays and the cleaning of furniture and furnishing items with the exception of valuable or fragile items.
