Construction

• From Monday, 19th  September to Wednesday, 21st September: from 8 am to 7 pm

In case of a throng of people we will ask a deposit of € 50. If you leave the fair on time, the money will be refund.
Outside working hours a permission from C.S.U. (Tel. +39/0471/516118) for payment is required.

During the fair

• From Thursday, 22nd September to Friday, 23rd September: from 8 am to 6.30 pm
• Saturday, 24th September: from 8 am to 4.30 pm

For entering the terrain of the fair a permission from C.S.U is required.

Revocation

• Saturday, 24th September: from 4.30 pm to 10 pm

The entry by car in the hall is forbidden.

• Sunday, 25th September: closed
• From Monday, 26th September to Wednesday, 28th September: from 8 am to 7 pm

Because of organizational reasons the revocation needs to be completed within September, 28th otherwise it will be done by the fair and will be liable to costs.

Construction and exhibitor pass

1. For entering the halls during construction no exhibitor tickets are required.
2. The incoming goods entrance in Marco- Polo Street is used.
3. To find your stand ask the service staff. Make use of the numbers indicated in the corridors.
4. Do not exceed the max. height of your stand (3m). For higher constructions ask for permission in our technical office. Sandro Slomp, Tel. +39/0471/516006, slomp@messebozen.it
5. Please consider the technical guidelines of our fair.
6. If you have not ordered a stand construction service, you need to bear in mind to hand in the declaration for conformity (fire safety and electricity equipment) in our office (ground floor).
7. Collect your exhibitor ticket and parking licence in our office (ground floor).

Waste deposal

For the remaining waste of your stand (carpets, wood, carton, etc.) you can find containers outside and at the end of the corridor nr. 26.
If you do not remove the waste on your own, the fair will ask you a payment of € 100, 00.
